Cameron Lyndon-James, CEO
 
At the age of 20, Cameron established ASAP Communications and over the next 12 years built the company to a staff of 50 with an annual turnover of $ 20 million. A qualified Electrical Engineer by trade, Cameron heads the design and project rollout team in deployment of large scale VOIP and WAN solutions. A former Young Australian of the Year finalist, Cameron holds Shoretel Certified Engineer status and NEC PBX Engineer qualifications.
 
Bryan Walker, Chief Operating Officer
 
Bryan joined Nextel as Chief Financial Officer in 2007 and soon thereafter assumed responsibility for all company operations. Bryan has a diverse background in both Information Technology and Finance through his tenure at some of the Australia’s largest companies. Immediately prior to joining Nextel, Bryan spent three years with Optus reporting to the CIO and the CFO in SMB and Enterprise Telephony. Bryan is involved in surf life saving, is married with three children and lives on the Northern Beaches with his wife and young family.
 
Terry Matthews, Service Manager and Field Support Manager
 
Terry has over 35 years experience in the Telco industry. Prior to founding Coastal Teledata, Terry worked for Telstra from 1975 to 1986 where he served as Installations Manager and Service Manager. Terry began his own career as a field technician from 1986 to 1999 where he worked on early Commander systems and installed many PABX and Key Systems before moving into management in 1999. Terry currently holds over 15 distinguished certifications and licenses in the fields of communications. His background consists of more than 30+ years of experience and covers all aspects in the engineering, design and implementations of VoIP/Digital/Analog Voice/Data Components, Audio/Video, IP/Digital/Analog Security, CATV/CCTV, RFID, 802.11 Wireless LAN/WAN Technology, Public Address (P.A.) Systems, Fiber-Optic Technologies and Structured Cabling.
