On time service calls

We guarantee to be on time, and if on the odd chance we don’t make your appointment window – you won’t pay for the service call ( that’s a $ 66.00 saving ).

No mess

Our technicians respect your business and will always clean up after themselves. If you’re not happy with the clean up, we will return and clean up and pay you $ 150.00.

Workmanship

Our workmanship is covered for 7 years as per the Statutory Building Warranty and Home Building Act 1989. On top of this, we have our unlimited maintenance when you bundle your airtime with our your telephone system equipment and a 10 year guarantee on data cabling.

Manufacturer’s warranties

All materials and parts installed are covered by the manufacturer’s warranties.  Normally, the manufacturer would require you to notify them and send the part back at your own expense.   However, we go one step further. If you have a fault with any equipment that we’ve installed,  we’ll swap the part over with a  new or refurbished one (in most cases) – at NO EXTRA CHARGE or INCONVENIENCE to you.
